## 🚀 Quick Start

1. **Clone and install**:
   ```bash
   git clone <repo-url>
   cd DraftCut
   npm install
   ```

2. **Add API keys** (see [API-KEYS.md](./API-KEYS.md)):
   - Get a Claude API key from https://console.anthropic.com
   - Or use Gemini, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or Cerebras

3. **Start development server**:
   ```bash
   npm run dev
   ```

4. **Open browser**:
   - Navigate to http://localhost:3000
   - Upload images/videos
