## What it is

Non-technical small business owners land on the page, talk to **Orch** (a sharp, warm AI consultant character), and walk away with a personalized AI Fit Report: 3-5 ranked moves with named tools, real cost estimates, and clear "what to do tomorrow morning" details.

No upsell. No retainer. No corporate jargon. Just an honest 10-minute consultation.

## How it works

A two-phase architecture:

**Phase 1 — Interview (single agent).** The user chats with Orch directly. Orch is a single Claude Opus 4.7 instance with a sharp consultancy persona. He runs a structured but adaptive interview: 8-15 turns covering business, bottleneck, scale, tools, and ideal customer. He acknowledges what the user said before each next probe, pushes back on vague answers with one warm reframe, and naturally winds down when he has enough to recommend.

**Phase 2 — Report (multi-agent).** When Orch decides he has enough, five domain specialists run in parallel via [Claude Managed Agents](https://docs.claude.com/en/docs/managed-agents/overview):
