Yardhand
You want a game server running now. Yardhand is an agent that checks the title is allowed, takes payment, and turns the machine on. Barred games stop at the door. You never sit in a chat to get there.
Core trick
A policy check on the game title gates payment and server provisioning, so barred titles are refused before any charge.
