HiveBoard: Datadog for AI Agents. It is framework-agnostic observability for AI Agents. DEMO LINK: https://hiveboard.net/static/fleet.html?apiKey=hb_live_dev000000000000000000000000000000 Includes a Claude Code Skill for 5-min agent setup and a Claude Agent SDK hook (hiveloop_hooks()) for zero-config observability (shipping imminently) Five views: Fleet (live status, heartbeats, queue depth). Cost (every LLM call by model/agent). Analytics (error clustering, heatmaps, etc). Agent View (per-agent medical chart with full LLM logs), and Insights (38 structured questions with health scoring). Open-source SDK (pip install hiveloop) with 80+ sensors across 3 progressive layers. Claude Code Skill integrates any agentic codebase in ~5 minutes via a slash command. Built in 4 days using 3 Claude Opus 4.6 instances as a coordinated team: PM, and two dev teams cross-auditing each other's code. ~4% coding time; rest was specs, design, and adversarial review.
