Auditgon

Auditgon is a spatial audit agent powered by Gemini 4 Argon.

Core trick

Agent walks a 3D scan with a virtual camera, samples depth for each finding, and checks the sketched layout against the observed room model.

Description

Auditgon is a spatial audit agent powered by Gemini 4 Argon. Instead of walking a house yourself with a clipboard, give Auditgon a 3D scan and a rough sketch of the intended layout: it walks the scan with its own camera, captures views, samples depth, builds the observed room model, and checks every sketched room, opening, and feature against what it actually sees. It tags elements and draws findings directly on the scan, with pins, measured spans, surface outlines, and evidence boxes, and deploys sub-agents for finishes, workmanship, measurement, and sketch verification while it keeps walking. Everything lands in one evidence-linked record: a textured 3D blueprint, a punch list, a sketch verification table, and a re-audit diff. Auditgon never invents measurements: unmeasured stays unmeasured, every drawn point is a real depth sample, and findings are candidates until confirmed on site.

README excerpt

# Auditgon · Spatial audits

Give Argon a 3D scan link and a rough sketch of the intended layout. It opens the scan in the workspace, walks it with camera tools, builds the observed room model, verifies every sketched room, connection, and feature against what it sees, and draws its findings in the 3D scan and on the blueprint. Markers, drawings, and the report share the same evidence.

## Run locally

Use Node.js 22.13+ and Python 3.9+.

```sh
python3 -m venv backend/.venv
backend/.venv/bin/python -m pip install -r backend/requirements.lock.txt
npm --prefix frontend ci
npm run dev
```

Open [the development dashboard](http://127.0.0.1:3000). The API runs on port 8001. Ctrl-C shuts down both processes. The runner uses one Python worker, no Python reloader, and a bounded Node heap.

For the lighter, one-process preview:

```sh
npm run build
backend/.venv/bin/python -m uvicorn app.main:app --app-dir backend --host 127.0.0.1 --port 8001 --no-proxy-headers --workers 1 --limit-concurrency 32
```

Open [Auditgon](http://127.0.0.1:8001). Python serves both the built frontend and API.
