Cutroom turns a day of scattered photos and videos into a coherent story and an editable reel. Gemini Argon analyzes footage, identifies key moments, proposes a hook and shot sequence, and generates a visual storyboard. It directs local editing tools, reviews the rendered result, and requests framing and color repairs. Creators refine edits through CopilotKit chat with visible tool activity, compare versions, and export a new video while preserving their originals. The demo uses real hackathon footage and ElevenLabs narration. Argon runs through Google’s API; media processing and rendering run locally on the Mac.

## From camera roll to story

1. Connect a local folder or SSD. Optionally import explicitly selected items using Google Photos Picker.
2. Argon analyzes compact previews, identifies useful moments, and proposes a main story, content angles, hook, caption, and ordered sequence.
3. Turn the plan into a vertical reel. A managed agent calls real local render, review, repair, and polish tools.
4. Keep refining through CopilotKit chat or the timeline inspector. See actual tool receipts and review findings, compare versions, and export a new file.
