Pricewalk turns Bay Area home prices into a place you can explore. Set your budget, compare seven cities, see real asking prices as a 3D landscape, then select a home and fly from the neighborhood down to its actual street. A persistent property card connects the experience to the selected address, asking price, bedrooms and floor area.
The demo includes 234 sampled real listings. City overview values use Zillow ZHVI; individual asking prices come from RentCast. Column height represents price, and color reveals lower, middle and higher price bands within each city.
Built for More Dimensions, Pricewalk also implements a render → record → watch → critique → repair → verify loop using Gemini 4 Argon and Google Managed Agents. A completed run corrected overlapping navigation and reduced measured overlap occurrences from two to zero.
The application, visualizations, photographic tour integration, agent orchestration and tests were built during the hackathon. Data acquisition and geometry preparation preceded the event; third-party imagery and data are attributed separately.

# Pricewalk Explore real home asking prices across seven Bay Area cities, compare them with a purchase budget, and visit the selected home's surroundings through photographic 3D imagery and Street View. Gemini 4 Argon and Google Managed Agents also inspect a recording of Pricewalk's authored interface, propose a bounded repair, and independently evaluate the result before it is applied. ## Run locally Use Node 22. From the repository root, run `npm install`, then `npm run dev`, and open http://localhost:5173. Run `npm run build` for the production browser bundle and `npm run check` for the automated checks. The server loads credentials from the parent project's `.env.local`. `GEMINI_API_KEY` is used server-side for Argon and Managed Agents. `GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY` is a separate website-restricted browser key for the Maps JavaScript API; allow the localhost origins used for this demo. The Maps key necessarily reaches the browser; Gemini and RentCast credentials do not. Never commit the environment file. The application and orchestration service run locally. A public deployment has not been prepared or approved. Hot reload is disabled to avoid interrupting tours; refresh after frontend edits and restart the server after backend edits. ## Explore the app 1. Set a purchase budget and compare seven cities.
