Description
Wayfinder is a phone-first travel recovery agent that turns scattered confirmations into one living itinerary. Travelers upload trip documents once; Wayfinder maps every booking and personal plan, monitors flight changes, propagates disruption through downstream connections and activities, and presents a concise, source-linked decision. The Chile demo starts with an on-time journey from San Francisco, maps the W Circuit and commute choices, then shows how a 71-minute Santiago delay tightens the Calama connection and triggers grounded guidance.

Review the complete, on-time journey from San Francisco through Santiago, Atacama, Puerto Natales, and Torres del Paine. 3. Open any stop to see its saved source document, map, and relevant commute options. 4. Trigger the labeled 71-minute delay replay. Wayfinder updates the inbound flight and identifies the tighter Santiago connection and affected downstream plans. 5. Ask the agent to summarize the trip or explain what changed. The answer is grounded in the unified itinerary and reviewed evidence. For the live presentation, select the five files in `demo/judge-kit/inputs/` together. The app shows one c
