Description

Scout is a deal finding tool for antique and vintage furniture dealers, who currently spend hours a day searching classifieds and auction sites across Europe one at a time, in several languages, scrolling past hundreds of irrelevant listings to find the few underpriced pieces worth buying. Scout gathers listings from marketplaces like Leboncoin, Kleinanzeigen, Wallapop, Catawiki and eBay into one feed, translating the dealer's searches into each site's language. It then automatically filters out every piece outside the periods and styles they trade in, using a vision model to date each item, flag reproductions and estimate its resale value. The dealer swipes through what remains, ranked by margin and by a taste profile that learns from every swipe, so hours of searching become a few minutes and they reach the best pieces before competitors do.
