Veralis connects a school's financial and operational data to explain what changed, why it changed, and what to do next. P0 is intentionally focused on private early-childhood schools (ages 0–5) in São Paulo, Brazil.

## The problem

Small schools often have accounting reports, enrollment files, class capacity, discounts, and payroll data in separate places. Growth can look healthy while realized revenue per student and operating margin deteriorate. Veralis turns those sources into an evidence-linked financial decision, and asks one precise question when the available data is insufficient.

## Product

The public Demo Mode loads a 100% synthetic Escola Horizonte fixture. The golden journey shows student growth alongside weak revenue realization, rising discounts, payroll growth, and an underoccupied new class. When the user confirms that a class and two positions were added, the case state changes, metrics recalculate, and the diagnosis updates.
