# Contestual

Minimal backend + frontend for tracking iron supplementation context alongside CBC, ferritin, and TIBC labs.

## Run

```bash
python app.py
```

Then open `http://127.0.0.1:8000`.

## What it supports

- Ongoing iron supplementation entries per patient:
  - start date, stop date, dose, whether vitamin C was taken, discontinuation reason
- Lab entries for CBC/Ferritin/TIBC
- Derived context per lab result:
  - days on iron before lab
  - days since iron was stopped (if applicable)
  - whether supplementation was taken correctly (dose + vitamin C)
- Two UI options:
  - vertical lab list with context box beside each result
  - graph/timeline view showing start/stop periods over time
 
  - Details like "patient fasting" should show up on both UIs for relevant lab tests.
