## The Problem

**Digital Arrest scams** cost Indians ₹1,000+ crores annually. Scammers impersonate police, CBI, or customs officials over voice/video calls, isolate the victim, induce panic, and coerce immediate fund transfers.

**The victim:** Elderly citizens (55+) who are less tech-savvy, easily intimidated by "digital authority," and often live alone.

**The gap:** Existing solutions require the user to *realize* it's a scam and hang up. In a panic state, they can't. **Rakshak breaks the panic cycle for them.**
