Description

Persona Fork helps you see how the same idea lands differently depending on how you say it and who’s reading it. It generates two versions of a message in different tones and simulates how different audiences respond, so you can understand what builds trust, what feels authentic, and choose how to present yourself before you publish.

README excerpt

# Persona Fork

See how the same idea lands differently — before you hit publish. Then have a live voice conversation with any audience to dig deeper.

## What it does

Enter an idea like:

> "Most startup advice is noise."

Persona Fork generates two versions:
- **Polished** — structured, professional, credible
- **Raw** — candid, energetic, provocative

Then it shows how each version is perceived by different audiences — and lets you talk to any audience persona live.

## Demo Flow

1. Enter an idea
2. Click **Fork It** → two versions generated via Gemini
3. Click **See how it lands** → perception scatter plot + audience reactions
4. Swap audiences to compare how different groups react
5. Review the all-audiences matrix for a full strategic overview
6. **Click any audience row** → live voice chat opens with that persona
7. Use starter prompts or free-form voice to explore their perspective

## Live Audience Chat

Click any row in the "All Audiences" table to open a real-time voice conversation with that persona. The audience member:

- Stays in character (e.g. Hiring Manager, Investor, Builder Friend)
- Is grounded in your idea, both generated versions, and their reaction scores
- Responds via voice using Gemini Live (`gemini-2.5-flash-native-audio-latest`)
- Appears as a looping face video during the conversation

Starter prompts like "What concerns you about this message?" help kick things off, or just start talking.
