## Getting Started

### Prerequisites

- Node.js 18+
- A [Google AI Studio](https://aistudio.google.com/) API key with Gemini access

### Setup

```bash
git clone git@github.com:arielmiki/propertysim.git
cd propertysim
npm install
```

Create a `.env` file:

```bash
cp .env.example .env
```

Edit `.env` and add your Gemini API key:

```
VITE_GEMINI_API_KEY=your_api_key_here
VITE_GEMINI_MODEL=gemini-3-flash-preview
```
