Workflow Buddy is a Chrome extension that turns a live browser walkthrough into an AI-ready workflow spec. Instead of asking users to manually document every step, it captures clicks, typed inputs, page context, and screenshots in a structured format that another LLM can use to generate reliable browser automation. It solves the gap between “I can show the task” and “an AI can reproduce it,” making workflow automation faster, clearer, and far less error-prone.

# Workflow Buddy Workflow Buddy is a Chrome extension for capturing a browser workflow once and exporting it as a structured, LLM-ready document. It helps a user document a workflow by capturing ordered browser steps, raw target HTML, optional screenshots, and user-written context that another LLM can later turn into automation. ## Screenshots    ## Features - Chrome extension only - Side-panel-driven recording UI - One workflow in one tab at a time - Supported actions: `click` and `type` - Raw event target HTML captured for each step - Manual screenshots stored locally in extension storage - Markdown ZIP export for downstream LLM use - PDF export for human review ## Export Behavior After a successful export, Workflow Buddy clears the active session from extension storage.
