# HatLabs

### What is it?
HatLab is a fun, mobile-first app that turns your personal style into custom hat designs. Whether it's a photo of your favorite outfit, a cool landscape, or just a "vibe," HatLab uses AI to imagine and create the perfect dad hat for you.

### What does it do?
The app takes your inspiration photos and instantly generates three unique hat concepts. For each concept, it creates a photorealistic image of what that hat would look like in real life. You can then jump into a "Studio" mode to tweak the colors, refine the design with text, or even see your hat in a 3D viewer.

### How it works
1. **Upload:** You start by snapping a photo or picking up to four images from your library that represent your style.
2. **Generate:** HatLab's AI analyzes your photos to pick out colors, patterns, and moods. It then builds three different hat designs specifically for you.
3. **Gallery:** You can swipe through your custom designs to find the one that fits your vibe best. You can even download the images of your favorites.
4. **Studio:** Once you pick a favorite, you can:
   - **Swap Colors:** Instantly change the base color of the hat.
   - **Refine:** Tell the AI to make it "more minimal," "bolder," or anything else you can think of.
   - **Draw to Edit:** Draw a circle directly on the hat to tell the AI exactly where you want to make a change.
   - **3D Preview:** See your hat from every angle in an interactive 3D viewer.
