## Quick Start

### Backend Setup

```bash
cd backend
npm install
cp .env.example .env
# Edit .env and add your GEMINI_API_KEY
npm run dev
```

Backend runs on: http://localhost:3000

### Frontend Setup

```bash
cd frontend
npm install
npm run dev
```

Frontend runs on: http://localhost:5173
