The sports are generated by Gemini, visualized by Nano Banana and a play-by-play is delivered, Veo will on demand create short clips that act like highlights you'd see on ESPN and correspond to the play-by-play and the image/keyframe Nano Banana generates - creating a continuous virtuous prompt-to-entertainment loop. You can watch and get play by plays of entire 'games' this way, on demand as a long running process. You can also, importantly, bet on the sports. In the future multiple people will bet, and the network will continuously run the sports so they happen in sync for a fair, random experience for all - and it'll cache the veo videos for faster loading rather than current behavior, on the fly
