GPT-5 can spin up apps in a single shot — but most end up buried in chat threads, unused.
Core trick
Generates a runnable app from one GPT prompt and pairs it with a Chrome extension that saves content into a personal data repo.
Description
GPT-5 can spin up apps in a single shot — but most end up buried in chat threads, unused. I’m building the personal app store for individuals.
It has two parts:
1. App creation & launch — Build an app with GPT-5 and reasoning support, then configure it to run on demand.
2. Personal data repo — A Chrome extension that captures your content (e.g., saved tweets) into your own data repository, where you can read and interact with it. We’ll add adapters for other platforms, steadily growing your personal dataset.
README excerpt
# GitHub Repository Understand > A sophisticated AI-powered tool for understanding the structure and architecture of GitHub repositories. Peek under the hood of what world-class programmers build and understand why certain technical decisions were made. ## The Vision Understanding complex codebases is a challenge for developers at every level. This tool analyzes GitHub repositories and generates comprehensive teardowns that explain the core data structures, architectural patterns, and relationships between components — helping you learn from the best codebases and ace technical interviews. ## How It Works This tool provides an intuitive interface for deep repository analysis: ### 🔍 **Repository Analysis** Enter any public GitHub repository URL and get comprehensive analysis powered by Claude Code SDK: - **Intelligent validation**: Checks URL format, repository accessibility, and public status - **Smart caching**: Uses commit SHA-based caching to avoid re-analyzing unchanged repositories - **Size optimization**: Filters out overly large repositories to ensure efficient processing - **Real-time feedback**: Live streaming of analysis progress and insights ### 📋 **Comprehensive Teardowns** Generate detailed markdown reports that include: - **Data Structure Analysis**: Identify core data structures and their relationships - **Architectural Patterns**: Understand design decisions and architectural choices - **Function & Class Mapping**: Visualize how components interact and
