Description

AgentPass is the identity layer for autonomous AI agents — "Auth0 for AI Agents." Today, agents (Claude Code, CrewAI, AutoGPT) can't independently register on websites, verify via email/SMS, or manage credentials. Authentication is the #1 bottleneck in the AI agent ecosystem. AgentPass gives each agent a cryptographically signed digital passport (Ed25519) with a dedicated email, SMS capability, and encrypted credential vault. Two modes: Native (services integrate the SDK for "Sign in with AgentPass") and Fallback (agents register on non-integrated services using their passport's email/phone/browser infrastructure). The system includes an MCP Server for calling identity tools, an API Server (Hono + PostgreSQL) for passport verification and trust scoring, a Dashboard for managing agents and approving actions, and Telegram bot for real-time notifications. All credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), private keys never leave the agent's machine, and every action is audited.
